EARN EASY PIP hours on FIELD DAY!! Pop-up tents and coolers with bags of ice are needed for Field Day (Friday, March 29th).  Earn 1 easy PIP hour by dropping off a cooler with 1 bag of ice in iton the lower level by the concession stand at school drop off.   Then pick it up at the end of the day (2:30 – 3:00)  *** It is recommended to have your name on your tent/cooler.  All items that are not picked up by 3:15 pm will be placed in the St. Jude School Office for retrieval.  PLEASE SIGN UP USING THIS SIGNUPGENIUS LINK: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050949aaad2ba02-stjude1

FIELD DAY LUNCHES ORDER FORM – In observance of Lent, cheese pizza meals - $3.50 for two slices of pizza, chips and a drink of $4.50 for 3 slices cheese pizza, chips and a drink- will be available for preorder for lunch.   There will be NO cafeteria service, so kids can also bring their lunch and a drink.  As all lunches are eaten in the classroom, be sure to order separate meals for each child and for you if you’d like to stay for lunch.

SCRIP:   There will be NO “physical” SCRIP CARD ORDERS NEXT WEEK DUE TO SPRING BREAK! The next order will be placed on Monday, March 25th.  SCRIP letters were sent home with your oldest child this week.  If you haven’t received yours make sure you check your child’s backpack.  If you paid the buyout at the beginning of the school year you will not receive a letter.  Only those with balances or those receiving credits toward their book bills (student fee) will receive a letter.  For those with balances we are asking that those be paid by March 25nd so we can officially wrap up the 2018-2019 SCRIP year and determine if we met our final goal for the year.  We would love to provide the misting tent for field day on March 29th, so please
help us meet this goal!! Thank you to all of our St. Jude school family for making this another successful SCRIP year!
