Good morning, St. Jude!  It’s Thursday, November 15:  a great day to have a great day!


Today, the church honors St. Albert the Great, who was super interested in the studies of Aristotle.  Albert, a Doctor of the Church, is the patron of scientists and philosophers.

Did you know that on this day in 1969, Dave Thomas opened the very first Wendy’s restaurant?

What’s for lunch today?  It’s POTATO BAR DAY!  And they’ll be served up with meat sauce and broccoli.

The rain has finally left us, St. Jude.  Today will be cloudy, though, and the high will be only 47.

Our quote today was once said by President John F. Kennedy:  "As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words but to live by them."
