If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.
How to Apply
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents with the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process for Grades PK3 - 8, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application. Kindergarten applicants who haven't attended St. Jude Preschool will be required to schedule an appointment to complete a Speed Dial assessment and parents must complete a PKBS - 2 Behavior Assessment, prior to consideration of acceptance. All incoming kindergarten students will be required to take the Dial-4 Kindergarten Readiness Assessment during Kindergarten Phase-in at the beginning of the new school year. A Parish Affiliation Form is required for ALL Catholic applicants, regardless of the Parish to which you belong. Click here to download the 2025/2026 Parish Affiliation Form. You will also have to submit a Release of Records.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
We just wanted to share the news with you that your alumnus, Isaias B., was asked to take an entrance exam for a school in a city close to us. He scored in the top one percent and received a scholarship. He was also placed in 9th grade, skipping 8th. Isaias had some very dear teachers for elementary, and grew up attending St. Jude School, so we wanted to let you know. He also wanted to share this with your awesome middle school team of teachers. We thank St. Jude for a strong foundation for all our children.
