St. Jude girls and boys in grades 3-8 are welcome to participate in Cross Country. Grades 3-5 will form our Elementary Team, and grades 6-8 will make up the Varsity Team. Elementary students compete in a 1-mile event, while our Varsity students will compete in a 2-mile event. Our teams will normally practice 2-3 times a week leading up to the season. Meets usually take place at Woodland Park Church in East Brainerd on Monday afternoons. All meets are sanctioned by the ISC. The season runs from August through October.
